You may ship your items to the CSI warehouse between Monday, December 15, 2025 and Friday, February 20, 2026. Receiving rates increase after February 6, 2026.
In order to ensure your shipments reach the correct locations, please reach out to CSI to obtain proper labels.
Please make sure to pack all materials needed for setting up and dismantling your booth, such as tape, scissors, and tools, within your event packages. We cannot guarantee these supplies will be available on-site.
NOTE: ANY SHIPMENTS SENT DIRECTLY TO THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER AND NOT THROUGH CSI WILL BE REJECTED.
Advanced Shipment to Warehouse Estimate (Per Pound)
$3.95 Per Pound through 2/6/2026
$5.35 Per Pound 2/9/26 and after
Rate Includes:
Accepting all packages and storing until load-in
Delivery to your booth or ancillary event location
Return Shipments
There will be onsite services for post event shipping on the show floor. As we get closer to the event, more details will be shared about return shipments processing. If you have questions onsite, please visit the CSI Help Desk in Halls C&D.
Note: Anything left in the booth after load-out will be discarded as trash.
Direct Deliveries
If you are interested in having a direct delivery to the Miami Beach Convention Center, please reach out to exhibitorservices@csiworldwide.net to coordinate. All direct deliveries will be subject to a Material Handling Fee.
